Home remedies for chicken pox

Chickenpox is caused by the virus known as varicella zoster and spreads easily from person to person.

This disease can spread through the air or contact with the saliva, mucus or fluid of an infected individual bubbles. The infected person is contagious from a day or two before the appearance of skin rashes, until all the blisters dry.

It usually takes 10-21 days for symptoms to develop symptoms after being exposed to the virus. The most common symptoms are a skin rash and itchy red spots or blisters all over the body.

Other symptoms include fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, and muscle aches. As most people get vaccinated against chickenpox, is more common among children, followed by pregnant women and people with weak immune system.

Usually, the worst symptoms of chicken pox disappeared in about two weeks. However, you can try some natural remedies to relieve some of the symptoms and get relief from itching as the virus follows its course.

Here are some best home remedies for chicken pox.

Sodium Bicarbonate
1.Baking soda can help control the itching and irritation of the chickenpox.

2.Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Use a soft cloth to put the solution in body parts and allow to dry.

3.Another option is to mix a half or one cup of baking soda in the bath water and soak in it.

Carrot and coriander
A soup with carrots and cilantro is highly beneficial in the treatment of chickenpox. And ‘ Rico in antioxidants that help in the healing process.

Cut 100 grams of carrots to get about a cup of chopped carrot and chop 60 grams, or 1:30 Cup of fresh cilantro leaves and boil in about two years and a quarter-Cup of water until half the amount of water evaporates.
Drink the soup once a day for about a month. You can also eat cooked carrots and coriander leaves for added strength.

1.An oatmeal bath is a folk remedy for the itching caused by chicken pox.

2.Grind 2 cups of oatmeal into a fine powder.
3.Put the oatmeal in two liters (half a gallon) of warm water.
4.Soak the dirty water for 15 to 20 minutes.

Brown Vinegar:-
One of the most effective solutions for the treatment of chickenpox Brown vinegar. Will relieve irritation of the skin and help heal wounds and prevent scarring.

Simply add a half cup of Brown vinegar hot bath water, and soak in the tub for about 10 or 15 minutes.
